Harry

Harry Edward Styles is an English singer, songwriter, and musician. He was a member of One Direction. He was born in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, England on the 1st of February 1994, and is the child of Des Styles and Anne Cox. Harry Styles was a student at Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School, where, along with three schoolmates, he formed his own band, White Eskimo. After they won the Battle of Bands 2009 thanks to a stellar performance, the band also took part in the 2010 Battle of Bands. He always showed an interest in music. However, he wanted to become a lawyer or physical therapist. Working part-time in a local bakery in his early occupation to make money for his family. Harry Styles auditioned for The X Factor in 2010, and was a part of Is not She Lovely, the Stevie Wonder song. He got selected. This is why his band split. Nicole Scherzinger, the jury participant on The X Factor suggested Harry Styles join a band called One Direction with Liam Payne Zayn Mlik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne. Simon Cowell sponsored five teenagers to create the group in 2010. The band of five was backed by Cowell, and they were the first to sing Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would Suck without You along with Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart. They were one of the top contenders in the competition. The group was placed in third place after Rebecca Ferguson and Matt Cardle and were the winners. Harry Styles' group didn't win, but Cowell did pay 2 million pounds to One Direction for them to agree to a contract with Syco.
